This is just a quick video showing you can easily change the Facebook app’s icons for iPod Touch/iPhone. Just SSH into your device and go to var/mobile/applications/ find the facebook app (it will be random numbers and will have the app name on a folder in the folder XD)/ Facebook/images from there you can change all the images of the app. make sure to create backups on your computer before editing.
